Purchase Policy

Lemonade Education offers personalized academic tutoring, test prep, and digital college entrance exam practice. Our services include:

• One-on-one lessons with experienced, vetted educators
• Personalized study plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Digital tools and adaptive practice for SAT®, ACT®, and other exams
• Academic coaching to build long-term study and test-taking skills

Important Note: While we provide expert instruction and guidance, many of our students have significantly improved results, however we do not guarantee any specific test scores, academic outcomes, or grade improvements.

• All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Purchasers outside the U.S. should confirm their local currency conversion rate before completing a transaction.

• After purchase, lessons can be scheduled via our online platform or by your account manager who you will be assigned.
• Most services are available within a week of purchase or faster and scheduling depends on both student and teacher availability.
• Lessons are delivered virtually and we use scheduling software so students and families have access to upcoming lessons and session login information.

Digital Product Access

Access to digital practice tools is typically granted within 24 hours of purchase and are non-refundable as they are part of a college prep package purchase.

To ensure tutor availability and fairness to our teachers and families:

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Sessions can be canceled through our scheduling portal or by contacting your account manager.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will be charged in full and are considered fulfilled.
• Repeated cancellations of upcoming lessons may result in scheduling limitations or a discontinuation of future services.

Generally, for AP and academic tutoring, families’ pay based on scheduled lessons so if the lesson is cancelled prior to 24 hours before the lesson, there will be no charge for that lesson.

Attended sessions and late-canceled sessions (those cancelled on less than 24 hour notice) are non-refundable.

This does not apply to college prep (ACT or SAT) packages which after purchased, are non refundable. The college prep packages also include Digital diagnostic tools and learning materials and are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Lemonade Education does not guarantee specific academic or test score results. Outcomes depend on individual student effort, consistency, and other factors beyond our control.

Security and Payment Information

We use Stripe for secure, PCI-compliant payment processing. All transactions are encrypted and processed through a secure HTTPS connection. Lemonade Education does not store your credit card information.
